Auntie Listen is a new podcast posted on the third Saturday of the month. We will address social media videos, lifestyle, injustice and equality, career opportunities, cultural differences, religion, dating and marriage, and what happens to be on our minds now. We aim to build better relationships with ourselves, each other, and our listeners.

Auntie Destiny had been a business owner for 20+ years. Operating several businesses. She has never been married. She is the mom to two fur babies, a cat and dog along with a one human child and two grandchildren one of each. When she is not working, she explores different cuisines as she is a huge foodie. Is an avid reader, gardener, cook, working on self-improvement, crystals, metaphysical, holistic healing, movies, and music. When she isn’t watching detective or cooking shows she watches reality relationship shows as relationships and how they work are fascinating and educational.

Greetings! My name is Auntie Jauhnisha (pronounced: jon~e~sha). I am the mama of 2 and the g’mama of 4 of the sweetest beings I’ve ever met.

I am an 8th gen Floridian. I am an active observer of bugs, animals, flowers, trees, rocks, and the ocean. I absolutely adore people and enjoy attending events but my 1st love is the peace that I experience when I am at home and more specifically, in the earliest parts of the day when most are still sleeping.

My interests are many and very diverse which might explain why I have been a public school teacher, a magazine editor, a convenience store owner / operator, a licensed massage therapist, a farmer, an OTR truck driver, a talk radio co-host, and a family services coordinator for two different non-profits.

Now, I am one of the beautiful ladies of this broadcast, Auntie Listen. Welcome in! It is truly a pleasure to meet you here.
